Target Groups of Ministry: Underprivileged children; Men, women and children in need of food, clothing and furniture

Current Needs: Clerical assistance in the Gratiot center.

Shop at one of several St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Stores, or donate time or goods (Clinton Township, Detroit, Inkster, Port Huron, Southgate, Waterford and Westland).

Assistance or collaboration with one of the Society's Food Depots (see www.svdpdet.org/FoodDepots.cfm).

Legal expertise and spiritual counsel for the Christian Legal Aid Program (Tuesdays in Pontiac).

Volunteers for summer children's camps, located on the shores of Lake Huron near Lexington.

Most Helpful Attitude from Volunteer: Ability to see the face of Christ in all those served by the Society

Future: New thrift store opening in Detroit. Continued works of charity through donations and volunteer support.
