- Frigidaire Old and New
We live in a downtown Rochester, Michigan home built in 1918 or so. Our kitchen was updated in the late fifties and we still use the fifty old old Frigidaire Oven where Theresa's makes the world's best Chocolate Chip Cookies along with other great menu items to feed the family.
Take a look at our new refrigerator, also a Frigidaire. They stand side by side in our historic kitchen.

Autumn's Song
The summer swiftly baits his breath,
As wind his sister sounds his death.
When he sinks down to his misty doom,
Fall sounds his ivory horn of gloom. (…)

- Car 54 and Father Dalton - Where ARE YOU !!!
Most blogs are very personal and clear reflection of the blog owner. Looking over my new project, FatherDalton.com you'll find I have primarily been passing on valuable resources and some fun videos. I tried to do a blog over a year ago and it was a complete failure, I wasn't able to keep writing enough. This year I found how easy it is to put up a video, pass on a great audio message or offer a book recommendation with a graphic from Amazon, doing this new blog has been a lot of fun. I envision it as an ongoing resource for my pastoral ministry as I compile some lists and links to some of the great theological items I've already put online. (…)

- Theresa Dalton and Ann Strubler
these two ladies make beautiful music togetherWe had a wonderful time a few weeks ago in a recording studio. Theresa sang many of her original songs and later, Ann Strubler a dear friend and violinist with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra came, adding some violin to many of those songs. Out of that, we plan to soon have a CD of Theresa's songs available. I think it's going to be a real gem. She also did a traditional folk song "Shenandoah" which we will not include on the coming CD.
Here is the song for you to hear. ENJOY ! (…)

- Rosie O'Donnell, Barbara Walters and a flashback of
Gilda Radner's Impression of Baba WawaFun is fun, but Rosie O'Donnell isn't funny anymore. I never was a big fan of Rosie, but she's in the news again this week with comments from her book about Barbara Walters. She's not too flattering or complementary toward her former colleague and boss on the View; a daytime women's coffee clutch aired on ABC. She basically is saying Barbara Walters is too old and should give up her life in broadcasting. (…)
