Sadly, the prominent the view in the American evangelical world has been one of an escape; we’re getting "out of here" mentality. Believing Christians are called to be the salt and light of the earth, but too many of us have given up on “Mission Earth” and instead chosen to focus on a great escape. At the age of 19, as a new believer in Christ, I was told by nearly everyone, that Jesus would taking his church away within a few short years. Much of this misinformation and faulty predictions were a result of a misreading of the Scriptures. Listening to this radio interview might shake some of the louder, more popular theology of radio and TV preachers. Give it a chance, and search the Scriptures. - Richard Dalton
