President Ronald Reagan gives a short speech on the sanctity of human life from conception. Many people have forgotten that Ronald Reagan wrote Abortion and the Conscience of the Nation (1984). As far as I know, no other president has published a book on the abortion issue, either pro or con.  First published in 1983; the only book to be published by a U.S. President while he held office.
