Pro-Life Philosophy - An Audio Message from Peter Kreeft
The subject of abortion in the United States is an emotionally charged one, and most often fought on the level of platitudes and placards. Whether pro-abortion or anti-abortion, I think we would all do well to get beyond the bumper stickers and the insulting signs, and enter into reasonable discussion regarding this personal, public and political issue.
Peter Kreeft does a good job of presenting a pro-life / anti-abortion philosophy with a very reasoned and thought out approach. As a young voter (1972) I remember voting in a Michigan referendum regarding the legalization of abortion, although Michigan citizens voted against its legalization, the Supreme Court (1973) a few months later, legalized abortion nationwide apart from wide public discourse or political consensus. In this talk, he will discuss the ethical issues aside from religious considerations.
I think listening to this presentation would be time well spent.
