Today is my father's birthday. We lost him to a heart attack over 20 years ago. My Dad was a dreamer, a businessman, a salesman, a poltical mover and shaker in Wisconsin and Michigan, a Grandfather, a faithful church member, a Husband to my mother for forty some years, a Republican, a veteran.

He was part of that "Greatest Generation" that Tom Brokaw writes about.

I still miss him.
