Rosie O'Donnell, Barbara Walters and a flashback of
Gilda Radner's Impression of Baba Wawa
Fun is fun, but Rosie O'Donnell isn't funny anymore. I never was a big fan of Rosie, but she's in the news again this week with comments from her book about Barbara Walters. She's not too flattering or complementary toward her former colleague and boss on the View; a daytime women's coffee clutch aired on ABC. She basically is saying Barbara Walters is too old and should give up her life in broadcasting. Quite a contrast from a biblical point of view where age, experience and gray hair are honored.
Gilda Ratner another lady comedian was funny and she was also raised in the Detroit area, so she is one of ours, here in Metro Detroit. This video is a fun one, as we see Barbara Walters commenting on Gilda’s BaBa wonderful impressions. Not enough Gilda playing Baba Wawa in the video clip but enjoy what they have here:
